Description:
The cleaning of dark squid signals is
controlled by a set of parameters that are directly analagous to those that control the cleaning of the
main bolometer time series. They use the same names, except that they are prefixed by " cleandk." . So
for instance, " apod" becomes " cleandk.apod" , " fillgaps" becomes " cleandk.fillgaps"
