Patch 1: HDS and Convert issue

An issue was reported regarding conversion of DST files to NDF. Patch 1 attempts to address two problems:

The Fortran interface to HDS not constraining the length of arrays when using the wrapper for HDS-v4.
An uninitialized variable in convert causing extensions in "MORE" to be omitted.

Patches for some distributions are available from: Patch 1 directory

To apply the patch, untar the file in the directory containing your star-2025A directory. If that directory has been renamed, you may need to instead untar the patch inside it using --strip-components=1 to remove the star-2025A part of the replacement file names.
