O Changes and New Features in V2.0

The following changes have occurred in the GRP_ system since version 1.1:

The facility for editing names which was previously restricted to use within modification elements, has been made available for use with any form of element. See section 4.

(2)

Null names (i.e. names with zero length) are now accepted and treated as blank names.
