yes, y, true or t to make
the parameter dynamic.
no, n, false or f to make the parameter non-dynamic.
Examples:
Forces the parameter to be classed as dynamic.

IRAF:
If the parameter is made dynamic, it is listed in the DynParList
array in the Output Parameter File and has its mode set to automatic in the task parameter
file and its prompt string will be preceded by *!
. Note that parameters with vpath
starting
with GLOBAL
will default to being dynamic.
