M Changes and New Features in V3.1

The following changes have occurred in the GRP_ system since version 3.0:

Sections of a group expression can now be marked as “verbatim text” by beginning the section with the string “<!!” and ending it with “!!>”. All control characters within such a section are treated as literal characters (the delimiting strings themselves are thrown away).
