GWM_GetOvScroll

Get overlay scroll offset

Description:

The values of the GWM_x_ov_offset and GWM_y_ov_offset properties are fetched from the window.

Invocation

status = GWM_GetOvScroll( display, win_id, &xoffset, &yoffset);
