On all platforms, this patch fixes a problem with saving a spectrum to disk from splat, which used to fail what that spectrum was the only one loaded into splat. On Mac OsX, this patch also fixes a wrong directory path built into the jni libraries. Please note that there is a separate version of the patch for Max OsX Leopard.
